Spooner’s dental plan, offered through Ameritas, provides you with the flexibility of a broad network of dental care providers as well as generous benefits towards diagnostic & preventive care, basic services, and even major services. Orthodontic services are also covered by the plan. You will receive the greatest benefit when you use an In-Network dental provider.

Please  note  the  benefits  for  using  an  In-Network  dentist  are greater than when you go out of network. Whenever you use an Out-of-Network dentist, the amount you are responsible for will be much higher than if you used an In-Network dentist.
